  1. What is the cost to list my timeshare for sale with CaboRedWeeks.com?

    We manage our timeshare business the same way we operate our Real Estate business. We charge no listing fees. Our commission is paid after your timeshare has been sold and Mexico Timeshare Transfer, our settlement company, disburses the funds held in escrow.

  2. What do you charge to sell my timeshare?

    Our commission is $750 or 15% of the sale price, whichever is greater.

  3. What if I sell my timeshare myself after listing it with you?

    You may use any other marketing techniques to sell your timeshare. If you sell it yourself, we ask that you consider using Mexico Timeshare Transfer, our settlement company, to close the transaction and that you contact us so that we can remove your listing from CaboRedWeeks.com. You will owe us nothing. If we have an offer for your timeshare, we will contact you.

  4. Who pays closing costs and transfer fees?

    Generally, the buyer pays the closing costs and transfer fees. Remember though, all offers are open to negotiation.
